Pre-Film: Shopping!!

Today I will be making some purchases for my media assignment! It was difficult to decide where to make my purchases from, but I have decided on amazon.  

For my film I will be getting a plastic shark fin! One of the scenes in my film involves a shark in the ocean, so this fin will be the perfect touch. I wasn't quite sure where to find the prop, so I just did a google search. After a few scrolls, I decided Amazon is very easy place to find the fin. I just had to do a search and look through a few options. Now, the order has been placed for delivery! I read that the fin is super lightweight, so my actress will easily be able to use it. The fin was also in my budget, because it was only 11 dollars. 

The visual of the fin will allow for the audience to really feel the fear the characters will feel. The shark scene is super dramatic, and the fin will be a realistic visual. This will help deepen the tone of my film. My prop is also reusable, so I can use it for future projects! Once the fin arrives, I will practice using it with my friend. I'm super excited for this prop to arrive, and I can’t wait to begin filming my project. 

My film is going to be super realistic and dramatic. I am not quite sure what other props I will need, but I will be deciding on costumes next. I hope you all enjoyed today's blog, and I will talk to you soon,

Planning Blog: More information

 Hey Blog!     Today to finish off my planning, I will discuss the location, actors/actresses, health regulation, and my schedule!     The media will be filmed at my house, Lauderdale by the Sea, and Playa Bowls.     I convinced my friends to act in the film, so here are their names and their roles.  Lucy Brown will play EMMA. Emma is one of the leads who begins the drama and gets attacked. Sally Jean will play LILY. Emma's oldest friend who leaves her. Mya Smith will play SARA. One of the girls in the group.
