Planning Blog: More information

Hey Blog!     Today to finish off my planning, I will discuss the location, actors/actresses, health regulation, and my schedule!     The media will be filmed at my house, Lauderdale by the Sea, and Playa Bowls.     I convinced my friends to act in the film, so here are their names and their roles.  Lucy Brown will play EMMA. Emma is one of the leads who begins the drama and gets attacked. Sally Jean will play LILY. Emma's oldest friend who leaves her. Mya Smith will play SARA. One of the girls in the group. Olivia Yiznitsky will play OLIVIA. Lily's new friend in the group.     I plan to film at night, therefore I will have my parents there to watch over me and the actors to make sure we are safe. We all have phones that we are capable of using in case of emergency. We will not split up and will stay near each other during all filming times. We will have light at the beach in order to ensure we can see our surroundings.     I am going to upload by storyboard on January 26th. I

Media Planning: Title design

Image
Hey Blog!      I hope you are enjoying this process! Today I will continue by discussing my title design.      The opening credits of my film will all appear in a uniform font. The words will pop up on the screen in various locations and will remain there for 2-3 seconds each.      The credits will not be a part of the setting, they will just be placed wherever they stand out the most. For example, if there was a sho t of the ocean, the credit would be placed on the horizon.      My current title idea is, “ Her Over Me?" It will appear in size 30.      The title s will appear in the font, BantangChe . They will pop in and out, without any effects. The titles will b e size 26 and dark grey , while the names will be size 24.      I hope you all are as excited as I am for this project! Talk to you soon, thank you!

Here's the Script!

IN EMMA'S BEDROOM - AFTERNOON   EMMA, LILY, SARA, and OLIVIA sit on bed. The girls are dressed in swimsuits, discussing their later plans.   EMMA (energetic)   I'm so excited to go to the beach! I hope the waters warm.   LILY (agrees)    Me too! Remember how cold the water was last time?   SARA (laughing)     Oh, my goodness, it was so bad! Liv almost got frostbite!   OLIVIA (smiling)     Don’t be dramatic, thank goodness for the hot coco.   CUT TO:   BEACH ROAD - LATER   The ocean shi nes under the sun as the girls walk down the beach, laughing.   SARA (smiling)   This is exactly what we needed after all the stress.   OLIVIA (agrees)   For sure. It is nice to just chill. I am so tired of schoolwork .   SARA (annoyed)     Yeah right, you literally have such good grades. School is so easy for you.   OLIVIA (defensive)   Um, sorry? Do you know how hard I work to get those grades?   SARA (annoyed)   Geez don't be so dramatic. It was just a joke.   As the conversat
