I'm the Costume Designer!

 Hi Blog! 

Today I will be discussing our costumes! My team does not have a set budget, so our costumes will be from our personal closets! I was selected as our team's costume designer. As the costume designer, I will FaceTime the cast and help decide their outfits! I am super excited to take on this role. 

The first few outfits I designed were for Riley. Riley's outfit was the simplest because she had a ton of clothes that could work. I decided to put her in some jean shorts with a loose sweater. This works because her character would be taking pictures of the birthday girl, therefore she does not need to be dressed up. 

Riley's second outfit will be her pajamas when the birthday girl calls her. I want to give her messy hair, so it looks like she just woke up. Then maybe some of those pimple patches. I told her I would love to see her wearing a big shirt with some sweatpants. I believe these touches will really convey that she has just woken up. 

Meanwhile, I would like Khila, the birthday girl, to be in a matching pajama set. I have not communicated with Khila yet, but I will this Friday. I would also like Khila to have her hair in a clean simple sleep style. I’m super excited to continue costuming.
