Intro Blog: My first ever blog

     My name is Mariana, and welcome to my first blog. The school year has just begun, but I already have to leave early! Usually I would be super excited, but I ended up missing a quiz... Anyways, I had to leave because I had a dentist appointment. Something about me is that ever since I was little, I've had the strangest oral issues!

     When I was 10 I had to get oral surgery because of a tooth growing horizontally in gums. Due to that, I now still have a baby tooth. For almost five years I was doing okay with this baby tooth. I got braces, lost braces, and went through many cleanings. One day I took a bite of spinach pizza and felt something move. It was my tooth. Now my baby tooth is lose, with zero adult tooth to replace it!

     At the dentist we were trying to find a solution to this issue. I was expecting the option of a flapper, a fake tooth you can take in and out, but that is not what they said. A spacer! Not anything that looks realistic, just metal to keep a gap in my teeth. For four years I might have a gap in the middle of my mouth. I'm hoping that there is another solution.



To the left is an x-ray from my appointment. The tooth on the bottom with no long root is my baby tooth!

Planning Blog: More information

 Hey Blog!     Today to finish off my planning, I will discuss the location, actors/actresses, health regulation, and my schedule!     The media will be filmed at my house, Lauderdale by the Sea, and Playa Bowls.     I convinced my friends to act in the film, so here are their names and their roles.  Lucy Brown will play EMMA. Emma is one of the leads who begins the drama and gets attacked. Sally Jean will play LILY. Emma's oldest friend who leaves her. Mya Smith will play SARA. One of the girls in the group.
